Asif Mahmud Sojib Bhuiya was a prominent coordinator in the anti-discrimination student movement and was very active on social media during the protests. He provided instructions to the protesters through Facebook Live at various times. From being a coordinator of the anti-discrimination student movement, he has now become an advisor in the interim government. On Thursday, August 8, 13 advisors of the interim government, led by Dr. Yunus, took their oaths at the Darbar Hall of Bangabhaban. The oath-taking ceremony was conducted by President Md. Sahabuddin. Prior to this, the President administered the oath to Dr. Yunus as the Chief Advisor of the interim government.
