Heart Lead Singer Ann Wilson Lists Florida Estate for $2M After Cancer Battle .

Heart's lead singer Ann Wilson is selling her Florida estate for $2 million, just months after completing chemotherapy following a cancer diagnosis. The sprawling property sits on 12.48 acres along the St. John's River and includes a 4,084 square-foot main house and a remodeled two-story guest house from the 1920s.

Wilson bought the estate in 2019 with her sister and bandmate Nancy Wilson for $885,000, using it as a vacation retreat. The property offers stunning river views, a private dock, and over 500 feet of waterfront. The main house features three bedrooms, a fireplace in the primary suite, a spacious kitchen with dark marble countertops, and a living room accessible through stained-glass French doors. Upstairs, guests can enjoy a library, an office nook, and a patio with river views. Outdoors, there’s an infinity pool, jacuzzi, and plenty of greenery.

The guest house offers four more bedrooms, a sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, and even an elevator. Despite renovations, it retains its historical charm. Wilson, who postponed Heart's North American tour due to her diagnosis, is expected to resume touring in 2025.
