Tori Spelling Reveals First Hookup with Brian Austin Green—But He Doesn’t Recall It
Tori Spelling recently reminisced about her first romantic encounter with Beverly Hills, 90210 co-star Brian Austin Green on her Misspelling podcast, revealing that it happened years ago at the Disneyland Hotel. The two had been arguing during their day at Disneyland, and Spelling remembered asking why they always seemed to fight. Green’s response surprised her: “Have you ever thought maybe I always fight with you because I love you?” They shared a kiss, and things quickly escalated from there. “It was kind of epic,” Spelling said, comparing the moment to a scene from a John Hughes movie.
To Spelling’s surprise, Green didn’t remember the incident. “Wait, what? I love this story,” he laughed. Spelling confirmed they had been “super drunk,” which Green admitted was typical of their outings at the time, though he didn’t recall that specific night. He did, however, remember a humorous moment when he pulled tissue from Spelling’s stuffed bra during another hookup.
Their conversation took a playful turn when Green struggled to define their past relationship, calling it “much more than dating” and likening Spelling to “family.” Spelling cheekily replied, “You don’t sleep with your family.”
Spelling and Green starred together as Donna Martin and David Silver on Beverly Hills, 90210 from 1990 to 2000 and reunited on-screen for BH90210 in 2019. Despite not speaking for 18 years after the original show ended, the two reconnected in recent years and described their relationship during that time as feeling “like a divorce.”
Both actors, now 51, have since moved on with new families. Green shares three young sons with ex-wife Megan Fox, as well as an older son with Vanessa Marcil and a toddler with fiancée Sharna Burgess. Spelling, meanwhile, recently separated from husband Dean McDermott, with whom she has five children.
