Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will report to the Director of Global Sales Operations and play a crucial role in supporting our sales and commission processes. Your main responsibilities include:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, develop and maintain commission models and reports.
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and prepare data from various sources to ensure accuracy for analysis and commission cycles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payments.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any commission-related issues promptly.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns and provide insights to optimize the annual planning cycle.
- Forecasting: Collaborate directly with sales leadership on distributor sales forecasting.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accuracy and integrity in all commission-related processes.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Experience: At least 1 year in Sales Operations or Data Analysis.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- CRM experience required, preferably with Salesforce.
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica or DemandTools).
- Strong data analytics skills, with a quantitative and logical approach to problem-solving.
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and deliver accurate results.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Location Requirement: Must be able to work from our Louisville, CO office at least 3 days per week.
