About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Engagement Manager to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will manage the execution of tactical projects without the responsibility of account management. Your focus will be on ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with contractual obligations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in project coordination and enjoys working with internal teams to achieve high-quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of tactical projects, managing timelines, tasks, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet contractual requirements and adhere to PHASTAR's quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and ensure successful project delivery using a "right-first-time" approach.
  • Agile Methodology: Apply agile project management techniques to adapt to changing project needs, focusing on iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across projects.
  • Resource Management: Work with the Resourcing Portfolio Coordinator to allocate appropriate resources, optimizing project profitability and efficiency.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring alignment with internal processes and compliance requirements.
  • Reporting: Utilize systems like Salesforce and OpenAir for accurate project reporting and tracking.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years in project coordination, preferably in life sciences, clinical trials, or related industries.
    • Experience in biometrics project management is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, GCP).
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to lead projects to completion.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
