Margot Robbie Steps Out in Chic Crop Top Look, Embraces Post-Baby Body.

Margot Robbie is embracing life as a new mom, making her first public appearance just one month after welcoming her first child with husband Tom Ackerley.

According to multiple reports, the "Barbie" star gave birth to a son in late October, slightly ahead of schedule. Robbie kept her pregnancy largely private, with news first surfacing in July when photos of her baby bump were spotted. She chose to keep a low profile, attending only a handful of events before giving birth.

Casual, Chic Look in Malibu

On November 9, Robbie was seen out in Malibu, proudly showcasing her post-baby figure. She opted for a stylish yet casual outfit, sporting a black crop top with matching shorts, layered with an oversized button-down shirt. She completed the look with minimal accessories, choosing simple sandals and sunglasses for a laid-back vibe.

Robbie and Ackerley: A Love Story from the Set

Robbie and Ackerley's relationship began as a friendship when they first met on the set of the 2013 film Suite Française. Their bond gradually evolved into romance, leading to their marriage in a private ceremony in December 2016. Reflecting on their relationship, Robbie once shared, “We were friends for so long. I was always in love with him but didn’t want to make it awkward by confessing. But when it finally happened, it felt like everything just clicked into place.”

The couple has since built a strong partnership both personally and professionally. They co-founded LuckyChap Entertainment, the production company behind hits like Barbie and Saltburn.

New Projects on the Horizon

Fresh off her maternity leave, Robbie is set to dive back into her acting career. She will star as Catherine Earnshaw in a new adaptation of Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights, opposite Jacob Elordi as Heathcliff. The film, directed by Oscar-winner Emerald Fennell, is slated to begin shooting in the UK in 2025. This marks Robbie's first major project since her pregnancy announcement and follows her portrayal of Barbie in last year’s blockbuster hit.

Reflecting on Her Barbie Experience and Oscars Snub

Despite the film's overwhelming success, Robbie was notably absent from the Best Actress nominees at the Oscars. Many fans and critics labeled it as a major snub, especially given the buzz around her performance. However, Robbie remained gracious, saying, "There’s no way to feel sad when you know you’re this blessed," expressing her joy over the film’s eight Academy Award nominations.

Director Greta Gerwig also missed out on a Best Director nomination, sparking debate among fans and industry insiders. Robbie commented on the surprise omission, stating, “Greta’s work is nothing short of groundbreaking. But seeing Barbie exceed our wildest dreams is the greatest reward.”

As Robbie steps into this new chapter of motherhood and continues her successful acting career, her fans eagerly anticipate what’s next for the talented star.
