We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead the performance of our recruitment department. This role is pivotal in improving recruiter effectiveness, driving Owner Operator arrivals, and fostering growth through strategic sales and management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiter Performance Management:
Monitor daily recruiter call and text statistics to ensure alignment with performance standards.
Address any issues related to call volume, text outreach, or data accuracy in HubSpot.
Review recruiter calls and provide actionable feedback to ensure promises to prospects are achievable.
Recruiter Support & Development:
Respond to recruiter inquiries and offer guidance as needed.
Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with recruiters to assess performance, discuss notes, and ensure HubSpot data integrity.
Project Leadership & Innovation:
Lead the recruiting-shops project, focusing on new recruiting strategies and innovations.
Collaborate with the team to enhance recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement.
Task Management:
Complete tasks assigned in the Recruiting Management channel promptly.
Ensure all action items are addressed and reported in a timely manner.
Sales Responsibilities:
Engage actively in sales activities, utilizing your expertise to close deals.
Mentor recruiters by leveraging personal sales experience to improve their performance.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $1,000 per week
Bonus Structure:
-$500 bonus if 10+ Owner Operators arrive in a given week.
An additional $100 per Owner Operator above 10, capped at a $3,000 weekly bonus.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of driving team performance and sales growth.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and CRM platforms like HubSpot.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to offer constructive feedback.
Experience leading projects and implementing innovative recruiting strategies.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and mentor sales teams effectively.
